Abiding By Florida Landlord & Tenant laws

These are in place for both the protection of the landlords’ physical property, rights and the tenants’ property and associated rights. Adhering strictly to these laws is a must but they are not grievous.These laws can also benefit you greatly no matter if you are tenant or property owner. Anti-Discrimination Laws

These laws are of paramount importance and can certainly attract some negative attention and hefty penalties.The list you cannot discriminate against could grow at anytime and is likely not to get shorter. 8. Laws and guidelines pertaining to security deposits retention or disbursement.

9. Evictions and their timelines, communications and legal proceedings.
